Pristine, warm reggaeton. EST. ERA 2020S
Every album Valentina Sol appears on — sessions, tapes and the records they brought with them.
Born in Hialeah to a Cuban mother and Colombian father, Valentina Sol grew up switching tongues mid-sentence and writing hooks on the M-Path bus to Brickell. She cut her first demos in a Little Havana garage studio, layering reggaeton dembow under the glossy pop she absorbed from her mother's radio. A viral rooftop performance filmed at golden hour above Wynwood turned her into a Miami fixture almost overnight. She builds every chorus for that specific light — the moment the sun hits the pools and the city glows amber. Working with a tight circle of producers, she keeps her records pristine and dense, warm synths humming under crisp dembow, her clean mid-register voice sliding between Spanish and English without pause. She is the sound of a bilingual summer that refuses to end.
“If you cannot hear every edge, it is not finished.”
